We are Tata Sky customer since May 2017(registered mobile number 9108124825). A month back suddenly we were unable to watch any channel(week signal) and technician changed the set top box. Since then we are either not able to watch channel or without sound. We have logged call at least thrice and all the time we were told that there is problem with TV sound. When we reset user setting, it initializes and picture and sound both were available but when we switch of the TV and restart the issue resumes again. Even there are issues with signal recieving.
In short it a month now we are unable to watch Tata Sky and after several calls logged, there is no solution. You can reach out to me at 9108124185. We are really surprise about the poor service quality experience, we never expected it from Tata Sky, especially the TATA brand
