My due date for recharge was 25.09.22, but on 22.09.22 morning, when i open the tv, there was a message on the screen, you account has been deactivated, please recharge. I did the recharge, but since then I am not able to view the service. I have repeatedly call and lodge complaint on the customer care/ whatsapp and help in the app. No resolution is provided yet only assurances are given, they are not even providing me the ticket number. Please look into it and arrange for the immediate resolution, further i would request you to please waive of the charges for the period during which services were not avialable.
