My subscriber ID is 1036811253. Name: Abani Ranjan Rout. I am paying Rs.1000.00 per month for two connection. But after payment, I am viewing only free channels but no other channels are being displayed in both the connection. No body in customer care is picking the phone to attend the problems. please help.
