I,Girija Shankar Bajpai,Airtel digital TV customer, customer id 3015657700,am unable to view channels from 1st Feb. I recharged my TV in January with pack of 399 . currently I have much balance in my account. According to TRIA’s guidelines,I chose the pack through ala-carte and received an email that it would be automatically updated till 7 Feb.at that time expiration date of my current plan was 3rd march,2019. Today when I login to my account then expiration date has been changed to 8th Feb,2019. I am waiting from many days and now my money got wasted. I was unable to view the channels and now the company changed the expiration date and till now channels are not activated. I have been fooled by the company to wait until the plan expires. I want you to take proper actions regarding this issue.
