Text of Complaint by Gracy dsouza:

From last 2 or 3 days after every half an hour the set top box stops receiving signals and the screen goes blank,  after restarting the set top box i can view the channels. I called tata sky customer service they said they send a technician but I will have to pay for tech visit and any service charge as its not in warranty,  but signal and network issue is not customers issue it shud be taken care by the service provider as I have already paid the service provider so that I can view channels and now when  m unable to view channels they are not taking the responsibility of fixing the issue and are asking me to pay for it.. It’s wrong and not justified.
