Text of Complaint by pranav ahire:

I port my sim to airtel and its activate on 9 aug 2020.

then i rechargeĀ  Rs.399 on 11 aug. But after 48 hours of recharge still i cant use the volteĀ  service

i had make a call to 121 service then said we are uptodate, and contact to retailer

retailer says need to change sim which charge Rs.25

if i have a new sim after portable then why should i pay money.

i think they should provide me free service or resolve my sim issue
