I am currently in Odisha in my home town. For the last 6 to 7 days I am unable to use the internet service inside my home and calls are dropping. I am also unable to get important calls. Outside of my home I am getting network ang internet is too slow. Kindly look after the problems and try to solve it as soon as possible.

I made recharge of ₹49 for Airtel Prepaid mobile, my txn id is N2103261800071552909701 on 26 mar 2021 but the recharge is not reflecting in my account but the amount is deducted from my bank. you are requested to resolve this problem.
