Hi. I am Shishir, a consumer of Airtel Postpaid services. I have not been able to use my internet service for the last month. I mean what the hell, I can’t even watch a youtube video in 360p resolution. This is your network speed which you claim that have been awwreee by ookla. I mean do you distribute your bandwidth a super the bill amount. I registered a complaint and as you can see despite regular follow ups done from my side, great job was done from your side as well. I am below dissatisfied. No resolution calls are made from your customer service department to resolve my concern. It has been days, I am facing the same issue again and again. I cannot call everytime o face net issue.
