I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback guarantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows “ABB is not enabled for this account”. I called flipkart helpline on 3rd may 2022 and they told they will resolve this issue till 6th may. But no resolution is provided. Everyday i follow up with them and they are just increasing one day each time. I clearly told them that my buyback is going to expired in next month and i need to do the buyback in this sale offer only.
But they are not providing any solution for this. I am trying to follow up with them everyday and they are saying wait for 24 to 48 hours everyday. Even their backend team once contacted me and told the same to be wait for 24 days. But still i have not been contacted by them. They are not valuing our time and money.
Kindly provide me a solution for this.
