Text of Complaint by Susovan Hazra:

  1. From past one month I’m unable to watch my TV for Tata sky stb is going off all by itself.
  2. Called customer care for the solution and they sent their incompetent so called field engineer to fix my connection.
  3. After they fix it it worked for 5-6 hours and it went off again.
  4. The exact same thing which I elaborated above happened for at least 10 times means I called them 10 times is last 10-12 days and they sent their technician for 6-7 times yet there’s no solution at all.
  5. I’m paying for this already but I’m unable to use it. Moreover this is way too harassment for me to call each and every single time per day telling them the same thing and getting no solution at all.
