My name is Dhananjay Kumar, I bought a broadband connection in last month with 3 month advance package, pakage cost is 2828₹ . when I was bought new connection I already informed about it. Now I raised a shifting request on 2nd of july but still they not able to resolve this issue, Today next of 2 more house I show a guy from airtel doing new connection, I ask to him to help me he said he first need to send my SR number on portal than some other guy will came. I am doing Work from home with Bengaluru company, Now they asking me to come at office for work & going to cancel my WFH approval . I also asked for refund of my rest of money they dined for that. Please help me.
