Text of Complaint by Kavita:

I click on recover account on thanks app for netflix, the netflix says that the link is broken and i need to contact airtel, but airtel is asking me to contact netflix. I raise complaints with customer service, they close without resolutions. I walk to the store, they have no idea of how to solve it. Its been more than 15 days. Am spending my time in getting this resolved, i am a new airtel customer and i regret migrating from vodafone which i used since 15yrs seamlessly.
