Text of Complaint by Utkarsh Saboo:

Talkcharge added 20% convenience fees on all recharges and bill payments out of the blue a few months ago. And now, they’re technically forcing the customers to buy a priority pass for like Rs. 18000, or your bill payments will fail over and over again! Basically my own money is sitting out there in your wallets and I can’t use it! I need my money back!
