Hi, my service request no. 137598370. An Engineer has been assigned to come to my premises on 25 Sep 8:30, but somehow I got a message same day that my request has been resolved without being addressed. I again call customer care and he again places a request and again assigned to engineer (joy_mainpuri) he (26 Sep 2021 09:30:00 AM – 26 Sep 2021 10:30:00 AM) ) will come to my premises but till now no call has come.
Ask the customer care, they say Our engineers are working on your line while my neighbor’s internet is working fine.
What is the benefit of installing airtel when your services are like this, if you are making a special team in airtel black, then should we disconnect the normal ones.
again last night I got the same message that your problem has been resolved….
