I am an airtel sim user, I have been trying to use my main balance to recharge data. When I could not do it by myself I visited the Airtel service center near my house. They told me it will be resolved within 24 hours and they would call me the next day. But when I called them next day they told me to wait 30min more. At last I visited the service center once more and they made me sit there for nearly 1.5 hours and at last told me it will be resolved only if I call customer service and talk to them, but they asked me to call only at night. So when I called Customer service at night they told me that they can’t solve this issue and I have to send a mail. I don’t understand what is going on, Is this the kind of stupid service that the airtel runs and claims that it will try to Achieve 0 customer complaints one day.
