I got my Airtel Xtreme fibre connection a week before and yesterday i tried to connect the LAN connection to my system that was provided to me from my office and it wasn’t working.
Called an airtel service guy to check, he came and concluded that something’s wrong with the PC but we tried the LAN connection on two other laptops and even with a different LAN Wire. Nothing worked. I believe something’s wrong with the router. Please act immediately I work from home and, i can’t just not work because of some issue in my brand new connection.
