I am unable to use airtel internet through airtel fiber net. The same has been raised request vide ref no: 135703226.
I have been following up with the customer care since 4 days they are not at resolving the issue.
It’s very disappointing that no technician from airtel team is not contacting me to resolve my issue. Even I tried to contact local person also, he is rejecting my calls then whom should I contact and resolve my issue.
Whenever I call to airtel customer care number 040- 44444121 they are simply saying that you issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Because of their false statements I have been losing my patience and getting irritation. It is distrubing my health condition.
Hence, I am appealing to you that company has to compensate for my valuable waste of time and cause for losing mental stability.
