UNABLE to use INTERNET SERVICES from the past 2.5months.issue unresolved despite several complaints to Airtel.Poor response from the representatives.Asking me to pay the bill without providing any services.

hi,

To whom it may concern,

1.My name is Jyothsna and I have an AIRTEL POSTPAID mobile connection.I pay  ₹700+ BILL  every month.

2.my phone network started having issues in the month of April.I was unable to use the internet services.

3.I made several  complaints  to the AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE  but the issue is not solved.

4.I visited the Airtel service store to get the issue checked but it was not resolved.

5.I have been calling the AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER  from the past 3 months and also followed all the required procedures.but to no solution.

6.Incompetence in providing the customer the promised services. 

7.NO FOLLOW UP ON COMPLAINTS

8.THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY SIM.

9.CHARGING ME EVERY MONTH.

10.CAUSING EXTRME STRESS AND WASTE OF TIME ,MONEY AND ENERGY .

please look into this matter immediately and provide me the justification.
