Respected sir,

I am a customer of airtel broadband service vide LANDLINE broadband connection

I am unable to use the internet service since 14 May 22. I raised a complaint regarding the issue on 15 May 22 vide Service Request No. 10038705159 against Airtel Xstream Fiber. My service request was neither attended non did anyone tried to call me in this regard. I myself had to call the customer care (121) with my registered mobile number , for the first time I was given assurance that my service request no. will be attended and rectify within 04 working hours but no one attended. The second time when I contacted the customer care (121) I was again assured of resolving my service request within 24 hrs but again no one attended. This goes for a week now, I have been calling the customer care (121) since 07 days and still unable to use internet service through landline broadband connection.
My service request no. is 10038705159 and whenever I call the customer care the say they have escalated my request but after 12 hours, I receive a sms on my mobile, my service request no. 10038705159 is resolved. Moreover, the airtel company is deducting daily charge for the service which they are not providing.
I have also uploaded the pic of the modem showing no connection.
It is requested to please resolve my service request no. 10038705159 on priority.
