Text of Complaint by Vikas:

I have purchased two post paid numbers in my wife name for online classes of children and choose in family plan. One was new connection and other was changed from prepaid to postpaid connection. Company executive visit in person and done all necessary formalities like photo of customer, Aadhaar and one other alternate mobile number.
Thereafter both numbers were activated after due tele-verification and enable the call & internet services.
All was going well, after around one I received a call from one executive on my mobile number (alternate number) and asked again the details, which I told them properly. Thereafter, executive asked me to continue my new connection as primary number in family plan or want change old number as primary number. I prefer my old number as primary number in family plan and new connection put as secondary number. On my preference, they did as I asked.
All services are smoothly running, but after 2-3 i.e on 08.08.2021 my services of secondary number were suddenly stopped. I tried to connect the customer care but the no could not be contacted. Thereafter, I lodged the complaint many times in Vi application but no avail. I was assured everytime that service will be resumed shortly but even lice not crawl on their ears and issue remain unresolved. At the end surprisingly they told me that my verification was negative. I asked them that both the number are in one person name and issued on same date and in family plan, how it is possible that one number services are active and other number services are deactivated despite both numbers verification done at once.
Moreover, despite many complainants did not resolve any problem.
As the number was purchased for the purpose of online classes of children was not served the purpose and being mentally harrased, I don’t have choice to approach this Hon’ble Court for filling my complaint.
