I had raised a complaint against not able to connect/use internet on Airtel 10 days ago. The complaint number is# SR 31-2852426611585 and even customer service team is not helpful.

Always whenever you contact the customer service team for help they will give you same response that team is working on upgrading the tower but that will never be done.

Very frustrated by the network on data usage. Initially when we raise complaint they informed us as will close the request withing 8 days but it is not yet resolved.

All customer team is telling same answer as you should wait for 8 days and when 8 days is left again they are saying to wait for more 48 hours.

Actually they are not clear on issue but they repeating the same answer as we are upgrading network. Yesterday night i contacted one of the supervisor and he told me as you don’t have any data limit to share with child number.

I dont have no clue why it is suddenly happened and am using the same plan last 4 years and sharing the data. I asked same question but he don’t have any answer and reached to his supervisor then he told me as i refreshed your data services and you able to use data after 30 minutes.

But till now i can’t use data. Here every person telling different stories. Please help me on this at the earliest. My number is 7032826858 but issue on my child number.
