Dear sir
With reference to above i write to inform you that i am using a airtel prepaid number for a long time . I believe that i have spent a lot of money for doing recharge on this number .earlier it was good and i was using this number for internet and calling but now a days it is very pathetic and i am unable use internet .
Not even a single page i can load without waiting for 10 minutes .iam very much disapointed with the service . When i tried to file a complain the representative said to me that i have to wait for more then( 1) one month .
How stupid it sound when we say that you have to wait for this much long for your prepaid services .when you have taken the money in advance provide the service properly you make your customer like fool. I have chosen you and now this is what you do .
The reference number of my complain is C4GDC21106142764. Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible other wise i have no choice to change the airtel sim with other service provider. Kindly write me back as soon as you get this mail.
