I m having Airtel mobile connection from last 15 year and I m premium customer of Airtel and loyalty for last 15 year. Issue arise from 20 July I m not able to use mobile Data services it’s shows E (Edge) Sign on top of network . I complaint for this in Airtel under complaint no. CLCNF3DEL20210723572928. According to Airtel my problem resolved By 2 nd August 2021. In between I visited Airtel outlet 4 times they also didn’t listen my problem they said talk to customer care . so I today 3 rd August I called again at customer care they didn’t respond me they said it will take now 10 more days. This is really bad experience with One of biggest Company Airtel . They didn’t care about customer problem . I m having lots of loss due to this bad service . Also waste my mobile data for last 12 days because didn’t able to use it. I m really harassment by Airtel .
So I request you to take serious action against the company so one like me is suffer with their bad service….
