I have 10 GB data in my allowance however I am unable to use data. Internet is not working at all(not slow speed).
I keep trying 121 and 198 service but after selecting all the options the automated voice says the number I have dialed is invalid.
In the evening the data worked however the balance got deducted from main balance. So to call customer service I had to recharge again
Finally when I spoke with the 121 representative he was arguing that I had not recharge and there was no balance deduction. I spoke with the supervisor and he told me to send the stop message to 1925.
I did it and after that the data is not working again.
So had called at the morning twice. Tried everything they told me to do butinternet is still not working. I finished all the balance to speak with customer service but issue still not resolve.

Now I want to raise a formal complain to get the issue resolve and comments for the hassle.
