I am using airtel network. Last few weeks I facing lot of issue while using internet, the speed is too slow, even I am using 4G sim and handset. I complained so many times by contacting airtel customer care, they are not responding my question and issue. The only answer they are giving is the issue will be solved soon, and asking time wait for few days, the network team working on it. But no use. I complained last month 26th May and the customer care executive said the final date 3rd June, but not resolved. I am continuously contact airtel customer care daily but they ignored my problem by Disconnecting my call without any intimation. They did that job so many time. They disconnecting my call while I seriously explaining my issue. And again I contacting another time, saying issue from beginning and again they disconnecting calls again and agian. Please I requesting you take Severe action on them.
