I am unable to use internet in my mobile phone(Iphone8) for past 3 months. I have been calling 121 daily and vexed up with the services you are providing. Daily I’m being told that I will receive a call back from the data department, which I’m not at all.
To whomsoever it may concern now,
I find this is as last resort to approach you guys with my complaint. If I won’t get any proper solvable reply to this email within hours, I’ll take this to social media on how efficiently you are responding to the customers and will definitely quit your service.
I hope you understand my concern and get back to this as soon as possible.
