Mine sim has started showing No service in month of Feb. I went Airtel store and the concerned personnel has told this is due to some document mismatch hence you convert into Post paid. I have done according to their suggestion. But the day 26th feb 2019 I have converted it into post paid I am unable to use mine internet services till date. They have provided lot of solutions including sim change but none of solution working.
