Last two years keep on complaining regarding my data usage issue. using this number for last 12 years. as per airtel customer care need to change sim due its old one. recently sim changed to new 4G sim after that also unable to use internet. now they registered one complaint and the ref. number is 4GSP30117413496. For me no hope, i have also done recharge for Rs 169 as data package that means 1GB per day now i already lost two days and as per them need another 72 hours to solve the issue, so the loss may be even more. I totally unsatisfied with Airtel especially there customer care
