I have more than 20 discount coupons worth Rs 50 which I can use while doing a recharge for any unlimited packs of Airtel via Airtel Thanks app. I am unable to redeem them as they don’t apply to final amount payable on app. I spoke to multiple customer service reps and a supervisor named Umaya who assured me that my complaint will be resolved and gave me a complaint no. Which seems to be a fake complaint number as I am still unable to use my coupons.
I am upset with their behaviour towards customers and fooling people who use their services with lies and false information.
