I am sujit parve. I am unable to use data service from airtel from last 8 days. i called their customer care more than a 10 times. as guided by them i have followed all their instructions. but still issue remains same. after this i visited their gallery. they asked me to change the sim. and i changed the sim. and for this they charge me Rs.25/- (twenty five rupees). after changing the sim card, Nothing has changed even after changing the SIM card. Data service not yet operational. After calling Customer Care, they tell me that you will receive a call in two to three hours. But I still haven’t received their call.
Despite all this, my data service is still not running. And why should I pay even if it’s their fault? i have all the proofs. their messages, call recordings.
plz help me to this
