Text of Complaint by Chandni Anand:

I have ported my sim to Airtel last day, my sim got activated now and my outgoing n incoming call services got activated too. Also, at the time of portingĀ  I have done theĀ  recharge for Rs. 297 but I am unable to use data pack with this recharge as it is showing a no internet connection. Although I got the message showing a successful recharge. Please help me resolve my internet issue.
