  • I am not able to use data even after special data recharges which i did twice in a month.it is showing 8.5 go data but i m not able to use.I tried calling customer service on different numbers.IVR is not helpful, it is asking feedback at the end whether query is resolved or not, even though i clicked no it didn’t direct me any customer support amd call was ending. I couldn’t find where i can login complaint on airtel tjanks app.Such a shitty service. It shows an option of query- I m not able to use internet.After clicking that it is diagnosing and telling me that i m not connected to internet.Is it kind of a joke. Its seriously annoying service airtel.
