Text of Complaint by Umashankar Mandal:

Self ported from jio to Airtel on 29/06/2020 and selected TWO FREE FAMILY ADD-ONS pack.

My primary number started within one week, while regular number started after two weeks.

Request to activate Data card services as unable to get it on after so many days.
