Text of Complaint by Dibyanshu Kumar Pandey:

To the Concerned Authority at Jio,

I am writing to formally request the resolution of an ongoing technical issue with my Jio mobile service, which has persisted for the last three months. I am a long-time customer (5 years) and reside in West Bengal.

I am experiencing poor network signals and extremely slow mobile data speeds in my area. I previously raised a complaint with the Jio customer care department (Complaint No.: SR00002VC2Z1), but a satisfactory solution has not been provided.

The issue is highly frustrating as I have been calling customer care daily to follow up. When I request to speak with a senior executive, I am often placed on hold for over 20 minutes without the call being connected.

I urgently request that the higher appellate authority review this case, prioritize this network issue, and provide a final solution.
