Text of Complaint by Prabhu M:

I have a One freedom card of Dhani I used and cleared the dues but again I’m not able to use my daily credit line so I called the customer support and they said to put a email to support team so I sent an email on 6th AUG 2021 but as if now my issue is not resolved. I have sent so many emails towards them but there is no response whenever I call them they are giving the answer only as “ Sir I have escalated your concern please wait for 24 hrs” but I waited form 6th of AUG 2021, if I’m questioning them they will hold the call and leave for so long, today I called them they just told me to wait for tow minutes but I have waited for 38minutes but there is no answer. For this last and month I have paid my subscription fee also it is total waste because without using my card I paid my subscription fee.

I really fed up calling them every time even I have sent email upto nodel and ombudsman team still there is no reply for that email.
“PLEASE GET ME A JUSTICE”

I FEEL SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
