From 10 June 2020 I am unable to use the broadband internet service.I raised the complaint on 10 June 2020. The customer care team said that issue will be resolved by 12 June 2020 by morning 11.30 AM. But it was not resolved. I called the customer care again to raise a complaint they said that they will raise a issue against this and it will be resolved by the same day evening 6 PM. But I didn’t got any response for that also. I called them again by 6PM they said that it will be solved by 13June 2020.I said them to transfer the call to their manager in customer care but they are not transferring the call. They are just moving the dates and not providing a service to mes I am raising a complaint to return the money which I have paid for the broadband connection.
