My Airtel postpaid number is 8427647226. I raised complaint with Airtel on 25th Jan’19 regarding unable to use data services. That complaint is still on hold and whenever I call customer care they say it’ll take some time to get the issue sorted out but they don’t have any definite timelines. Every time I am getting same response. I have been paying rent Rs. 950 every month but not getting expected services. I want my issue to be resolved asap and also they should refund me the money which I have paid starting 25th Jan till date.
