Hi 

 

I am unable to access my Wallet Amount and fasttag as well.

I have visited the nearby Airtel store near Barasat for fixing the issue in my Airtel Wallet.
The Store was unable to resolve the problem and said the wallet cannot be activated until March.
 
Error Message During KYC -“Sorry Customer Wallet not in Active State and cannot be upgraded”
 
I am not able to use Airtel Fasttag due to this wallet issue needing to pay the toll bill by cash and with Penalty from 1st 21.
Who will be liable for this Penalty due to issues for Airtel
 
I want this issue to be resolved ASAP by tomorrow.
