Unable to use Airtel data pack 12GB whose validity was supposed to be same as original pack i.e 06-04-2022

Kindly note that though while recharging on 15-02-2022 it said Rs.118/- data pack of 12GB will be valid till the Validity of original pack i.e in my case 06-04-2022, Airtel thanks app was cutting short the validity till 14th March – I have the screenshot taken on 4th March regarding this but since I’m asked not to share pictures with phone number here I’m not posting but I can mail it if required.
This is cheating where they cut short the validity according to their convenience. I have hardly used 3GB data in that 12GB pack, so I want to be able to use my remaining data balance… I don’t want to pay Airtel again to purchase data.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest as it is highly inconvenient to be not able to use the data I have purchased.
