Hello
I’m using Airtel 5g sim in my vivo v27 5g phone but when I open airtel thanks app and choose to activate claim unlimited 5g data then it’s showing your handset is not supported 5g.
I had talk with airtel customer care and also sent an emails to nodal officers but they are not solving this issue. They are just saying we are working on it
I request you too please look into this matter.
