Text of Complaint by Siddharth Agrawal:

I recently ported to Airtel prepaid from Jio. At the time, I purchased a 300Rs unlimited data pack.
After changing my sim to Airtel, I didn’t receive any balance whatsoever (had to once again by a 219 rs unlimited pack). Plus, my account is not linked to any email id (even though I did provide my email id at the time of registration). I tried updating the same from their “Thanks App”, website and 121 (customer service helpline), but either the update would fail or there was no option to do it!!! I need my email id registered to obtain my esim (which was one of the reasons for the switch), but I’m unable to do that due to their negligence.
