I have been trying to update the email address of my Airtel Post paid no. 8500878500.
For the last one week. the Airtel customer care had been telling me to update the. Email adddress from the Airtel Thanks app. I have. Repearedly told them that this app is NOT updating the email ID.The call center eexecutives say that they are helpless as they have no authority to upppdate my email address.
In other words, the Airtel Thanks app is not updating my Email adddtrss and their call center says they cannot upfate my email addrrsss. I think this is a deliberate plan to retain my nobile no in the higher tariff post paid.
Because of the non-updation of my email addtess for my mob no 8500878500, I am forced to remain in higer tariff postpaid and NOT allowing me to move to
lower tariff Prepaid plan. .
Because of this lapse and inefficienncy of Airel, a 76 year war wounded army veteran and Senior Citizen like me had to undergo mental agony and financial loss.
Airte must take immediate actiomn to compensate me financially for the agony caused to me as also take action to update mob no as requested.
