This is very annoying . it seems people within airtel want to reduce thier customer. I visted the local airtel center and have given my details for 5 times and all the time my details are rejected. I am a post paid cutomer for past 8 years. My problem is not resolved or explanation is also not provided. there are no direct service where i can discuss my matter and get it resolved. further , as my number is post paid i have not been able to use my phone for past 12 days and my billing is on.
