I want to surrender my SBI fastag because I sold the car. I’m trying to surrender this from last 10 days. But I’m not able to surrender it due to error showing ‘cancelled cheque leaf image already updated, kindly contact help desk team.’ I have mailed to helpdesk.fastag@sbi.co.in and Agm it.cms@sbi.co.in daily but no response from their side. I lodged complaint on Crm portal 2 times. Still issue not solved. I’m paying double toll tax daily. Daily talking with SBI fastag customer care 1800 110 018 for tag surrender. But no solution. I’m feeling mentally harassed due to this type of service by SBI fastag team. I’m now very afraid that I can come in very big problem mentally. Please help to solve my issue and take appropriate action against SBI fastag.
