Respected sir/madam,

I had raised a request to shift my Airtel broadband connection from whitefield to Horamavu on 29th August 2020. The stopped my service immediately but from that day onward we are struggling to get the service. My connection is not yet shifted. We have called them numerous number of time and each time they will promise someone will contact with 4 hours/6 hours/8 hours but none from there side have contacted.

At this pandemic time we are so much dependent on the broadband connection but kind of mental disturbance through such poor & pathetic service I am getting is unacceptable.
