I regret to inform that airtel is ripping consumers off by pushing them to pay money for broadband connection when they do not have the connection capacity and then they do not refund the money they charged as a way of advance against connection cost and refund.
I demand Strict action against Airtel, and instructions to them.
- To collect no payment until they can guarantee a c0nnection
- Refund the money promptly in case it is miscollected
- Compensate the consumers for pain and suffering caused to them due to their malicious practices.
