It’s been a week since I am unable to send sms’s even though I had a valid pack. Due this i am unable to add and use UPI payments. And when I try to contact costumer care of VI but i was given an option to speak with an executive. Due to this lot of my time was wasted and my idea pack was exploited by the sim operator as I am unable to use the service.
