Text of Complaint by Sumeer Kumar Mandal:

Dear Airtel Team,

Greetings of the day.

I am using Airtel connection in and out of India. My Airtel connection no is 9874688868. Currently I am in QATAR.

From 14th of October onwards I was facing technical issues where I wasn’t able to send or receive call/ sms message.

After lodging a report on 16th October by my spouse to Airtel customer service point now I can make calls or receive sms however I can’t send SMS messages to anyone.

As this no is linked to my bank account and disruption of service causing lots of financial loss.

In addition to that today i.e 22 oct 2021. I spoke to Mr Abhishek Manna ( customer service supervisor) at +91 9831098310 regarding same problem over the phone he adviced me to have 200rs minimum balance then only I can make outgoing SMS.
Further when I explained my situation he asked me to wait untill 27 of this month he will logged a complain.
My Question is there any standard and fixed balance I have to maintain before making a call or sms?

If yes how much? Is it 200? and if No then why your CSR ie Mr Abhishek Manna Asked me to put random 200 INR balance in the account to reinstate my sms?

Also would like to thanks Mr Pranob Das for his commendable effort to reinstate my calls ( incoming $ outgoing ) on 16th oct.

Both request details are attached with screenshot for your understanding.

May I request you to kindly reinstate my SMS Sending service so that’s I can make financial payments to respective banks.
