I have a Airtel prepaid sim card. I recharged my no with rs 79 and then with rs 10 pack ,but I am unable to send sms. Customer care of the respective company is saying that outgoing SMS service has been blocked and you need to again recharge for rs 129 or more . My current balance is ₹64 and main balance is ₹ 10 but still I am unable to send sms .
