I was a postpaid user of Airtel for more than 7 years. I recently switched to prepaid since I was about to travelling to US. Since 17th December 2020 I don’t receive sms and phone calls on my number 9880516496. I have made repeated complaints over the Airtel app and Social Media but they never try to resolve the query even when I share multiple screenshots of the problem. I want to sue Airtel for the harassment which it has made since I was unable to made any financial transactions from my Bank account as I was unable to receive any OTP on my phone. I spoke to multiple customer care executives and managers but no solution was made so far.
